HOW TO USE
  • Room fragrance : pour 3-6 drops into the diffuser, on scented woods and stones.
  • Bath additive: Mix 5 drops with salt, honey, milk or cream and add this mixture to water. Since essential oils are not water soluble, they need an emulsifier.
  • Massage: mix 20 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba, and apply, massaging well.
  • Refreshing cleaning : Add a few drops of essential oil to a mild, non-degradable detergent.
  • Fumigation : needles, resin, wood.
  • Inhalations : pour 1 drop into 2 litres of boiling water to free the lungs and bronchi from mucus.
  • Bandages, compresses and compresses : pour the essential oil into water or emulsify it, then soak a cloth in it, wring it out, spread it on the desired part of the body, cover it and leave it to act.
