ORDERS
Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (on line), in written form by fax, or by telephone . The customer who sends the order via Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the event that, after sending the order, the confirmation of the same does not appear (after a few minutes), we ask the customer to verify the correctness of the electronic mail address provided at the time of registration.
For each order placed, Blisshub will issue an invoice if requested for the material sent via email to the order holder, pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.


NB INVOICE ISSUANCE
Pursuant to art. 22 DDPR 633/72, for e-commerce the issuance of a tax invoice is not mandatory if it is requested at a time after the purchase transaction has been made. For purchases concluded without an express request for invoicing within the term of the purchase transactions, the transactions will be recorded for tax purposes via payment in compliance with current regulations, therefore it will not be possible to request an invoice later. If an invoice is required, the Customer is therefore invited to request it at the same time as the purchase, by selecting the appropriate checkbox and filling in the data.


TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The technical information included in the Blisshub website is taken from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Blisshub, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The items on sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case the Customers will be notified by e-mail, or if possible by telephone within a maximum of five days from receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is not available in the time agreed with the customer, we avail ourselves of the right to agree with the customer the replacement with an item of equal characteristics, alternatively we will cancel the request, crediting back any amounts paid.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The goods are shipped carriage free; in the event that the goods are shipped carriage forward, upon indication of the customer, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer, from the delivery of the goods to the carrier, to their warehouse. In the event of non-conformity, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered mail, to Blisshub to the sales representative.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including any sealing tapes. In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing - RESERVATION OF INSPECTION OF GOODS - on the delivery document received from the courier or another operator.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Any reports received after the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, relating to consumer protection in matters of distance contracts, the Customer, who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products. The withdrawal must be exercised by sending within the above-mentioned deadline, under penalty of forfeiture, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (A/R) which expresses the desire to withdraw from the concluded contract. This communication must be addressed to: Blisshub, Via Matteotti, 29 38065 Mori, (TN). The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he/she must also provide for the return of the INTACT and UNUSED goods (in their original packaging) at his/her own expense. The return must take place within and no later than 14 working days with an insured package with carriage paid to the Seller's premises. Under no circumstances will cash on delivery or carriage forward packages be collected. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised according to these instructions, the Seller will refund you free of charge the sums you paid for the purchase of the goods (with the exception of the costs relating to the return of the goods, which remain the responsibility of the Customer and the cases specified below), within 30 days. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
a.For the supply of goods and services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates which the supplier is unable to control;
b.For the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
c.For the supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the Consumer.
d.Of products not available from the supplier and purchased on specific order of the Consumer.
The Seller reserves the right to request, for other goods not attributable to the categories mentioned above, the explicit waiver of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.

TO WHOM IT APPLIES
The right of withdrawal does not cover every buyer; the first limitation is that it applies only to consumers.
The Civil Code, in fact, designates it in this way: "the consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes other than any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out" (art. 1469 bis). In essence, companies and professionals with VAT numbers cannot assert the right of withdrawal for purchases made in this capacity.

Any dispute arising from this contract or in any way connected to it will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial authority of the Rovereto court.

All prices listed on the site are inclusive of VAT.

The goods supplied can be paid for with: VISA Credit Card, Master Card, Pay Pal, Advance Bank Transfer or Bancoposta Transfer.
Except for different conditions that must be agreed from time to time with Blisshub Sas.
