It all starts with an olive grove. We are in Alto Garda , an area where the Mediterranean microclimate and history have intertwined, giving rise to a vocation for the production of quality extra virgin olive oil .
It is in this territory that in 2012 Mario Morandini started the machines of his OlioCru oil mill, a company that has always been attentive to the valorization and protection of the territory.
With this objective, a research is started on the possible reuse of the remnants of the oil production. It is up to a new company, born directly from OlioCru, to carry it forward.

In collaboration with the Research and Innovation Center of the Edmund Mach Foundation of San Michele all'Adige (TN), we have started an important research project with the aim of developing products capable of exploiting all the potential of the olive with extremely high nutritional, antioxidant and prebiotic value.
Starting from the leftovers from the extraction of extra virgin olive oil, the youvOn products , healthy food and cosmetics were born.

The olives from which we obtain our products are grown using organic farming methods, with full respect for the plant, the environment and people.
We waste nothing of the olive . In a virtuous circle, everything that remains from the OlioCru milling is integrated into a project of total, functional and innovative reuse of the olive.
In addition to healthy foods obtained from dried pitted olive pulp , we separate the seed from the woody part of the stones . The woody part is used as fuel and thus becomes a source of energy.
Instead, olive seed oil is extracted from the seed using a cold-pressing process, which has important antioxidant qualities. A precious ingredient to be used in cosmeceuticals .
