OlioCRU (Ulivo Research Center) was founded in 2012 by Mario Morandini. His intuition is the result of a long family tradition , linked to the world of olive growing for generations, and handed down to him by his uncle Elio, a man of great wisdom and experience, who was able to touch Mario's heart by increasing his already lively passion for the Territory and its main product, the olive tree.
With this in mind, Mario transformed part of his home into a farm with state-of-the-art oil mills, later associated with the Consorzio Olio Cru : Ca' Bianca Oleum.
Its vision aims to enhance the Territory and its environment , through the development of all manufacturing processes with an innovative perspective and attentive to environmental protection.
The mission of OlioCRU in fact goes beyond the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality, aiming to implement an eco-sustainable circular economy. The olive is considered in its entirety through the exaltation of all its potential, using every part of the fruit for different purposes ranging from the creation of prebiotic products with very high nutritional and antioxidant value, to the creation of a source of combustible energy. In this way nothing is wasted, neither in terms of product nor in terms of resources.

We are located in the upper Garda, where the landscape is painted by the characteristic green of the olive trees, distributed in the typical terraces that surround the northernmost part of the lake. Our farm extends between Riva del Garda and Arco (TN), the last bastion of the olive tree to the North, between the 45th and 46th parallel.
last Mediterranean corner, the soil and climate characteristics have intertwined with history, giving life to a type of agriculture of which we have the first evidence already in the 2nd-3rd century AD
The Ora del Garda and the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, contribute to creating a favorable climate for the main olive varieties of the area.
